Learning ProgramEach child has an individual learning program of core subjects (Language Arts, and Mathematics) independent of birth year or grade. The students then apply their learning to a particular subject, or theme, of interest together. Each theme, is explored for 5-6 weeks, called a session. To see more about sessions look under the "Curriculum" tab. Growing Good FruitsOlive trees are known for bearing good fruit, even under harsh conditions. Though the last two years has been difficult, our Grove has borne good fruits. Character development is central to education and is incorporated into every aspect of the day. | Connected to the LandOur school is located on a three acre property nestled in the woods at the southeast corner of London, Ontario. We honour the privilege of being stewards of this land by learning about the Treaties associated with it, and People who cared for it in the past. We also learn to respect the balance of nature throughout the seasons, and identification of safe and harmful plants and animals that share our space. |
